Please see the attached updated rates for Carpenters working in Regions 1, 2, and 3. These rates go into effect on May 1, 2026, and are based on previously negotiated increases. To summarize the changes:

$1.47 increase to Wages
$0.05 increase to the Health Fund

Also note that Employee Deductions have increased to:

$0.25/hour for the Political Education Committee
$0.11/hour...

For those signatory with the carpenters union, please see attached information concerning online benefit remittance portal that will hopefully save you time and money.

Please see the attached documents that provide new wage, fringe, and deduction rates that go into effect on May 1, 2024.

Please be aware that a new "vacation fund" has been established by the union that requires $0.66/hour deducted from the member's wages and remitted. We have requested additional information on how this fund will operate and be administered on behalf of the members....
